lipp.legal: Law, Innovation and Public Policy
Litigation, transactions and regulatory counsel, with legal software we build ourselves.
One practice.
In Mexico, law, software development and public policy are usually practiced separately. At lipp they meet on the same case: we litigate, negotiate and advise with the whole context of the client's decision in view.
How we work.
Specialized judgment
Both partners combine legal practice with teaching and research.Defined scope and fees
We agree on both before the work starts. Our own technology
If a tool is used on your matter, we tell you, and a lawyer reviews everything it produces.Rules in context
We study where a rule came from and how it is likely to change. What do you need to resolve?
A dispute
- Civil, commercial and constitutional litigation
- Commercial arbitration, institutional and ad hoc
- Strategic litigation
